Tariff/ Booking - Harrow Wood Farm Caravan Park 2020

1.

Caravans/Motorhomes/Tents (or any vehicle) are left entirely at the owner’s risk. The security of the caravan/motorhome/tent (or any vehicle) is not the responsibility of Harrow Wood Farm Caravan Park.

2.

Please note that we are a No Dog site and Do Not accept Commercial Vehicles onsite unless it is by prior arrangement. If you are unsure if your vehicle would be classed as Commercial, please ask.

3.

To make a booking we require your full name, address, contact number and email address.

o

When making a booking you agree that you or at least one member of your party is 18yrs old or over.

o

You also agree you have authority of all persons in your party to book on their behalf.

4.

Bookings are only accepted on receipt of a non-refundable £30.00 deposit. The deposit is payable at the time of booking. The Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.

o

Prices are inclusive of VAT and can be subject to change without notice.

o

For bookings of one night, we do require payment in full at the time of booking.

o

If arrival is less than 14 days away, we do require payment in full at the time of booking.

5.

Please make sure that you book all the dates you need. We are not able to guarantee that we will be able to extend your booking.

o

It is your responsibility to check your booking confirmation has the correct details. Please let us know asap if anything needs to be amended (Awnings are commonly missed off bookings). We may not be able to accommodate amendments at short notice.

6.

Reservations are strictly from 13.00pm to 11.00am.

o

The office will have details of your booking; however, your name and pitch details will be listed on the arrivals list in the office window. There is a site map on the fence next to the office to show you where your pitch and amenities are.

o

You MUST stick to your assigned pitch number and check this in the office or on the arrivals list before going on site. Whilst we will endeavour to reserve the pitch of your choice, we do not guarantee to do so, and notified pitch numbers may be changed at our discretion.

7.

Should a booking need to be amended you will need to contact us as soon as possible. Amendments will be made subject to availability.

8.

Should a booking need to be cancelled, we will first try to move your booking to another date. Or at our discretion we may decide to hold any funds paid on account until you are ready to make another booking.

9.

If you decide to leave site early for any reason. Harrow Wood Farm will not issue any refund or carry over any unused nights.

10.

If you book and pay for any item that you do not use (EHU/Awning/Pup Tent) Harrow Wood Farm will not issue any refund or carry over any funds.

11.

Please leave your pitch tidy and clean. Rubbish should be either taken home or placed inside the bins provided. Our bins are for general waste only. Recycling bins can be found in the car park in Bransgore village. Metal/Electrical/Awnings/Tents etc should not be put in our bins. If you are unsure, please ask.

12.

Please keep the site facilities as clean and tidy as you would like to find them.

o

Mops are provided in the showers/toilets for you to clean before/after your use.

o

Please wear footwear in the toilets and shower areas.

o

Please wear gloves or wash/sanitise your hands after using the water/waste points.

o

No one should enter the facility blocks if they are in the process of being cleaned. Please use another or wait until you are allowed back in.

13.

We ask that you and any other members of your party (including children or visitors) act in a courteous and considerate manner towards us, our staff, and anyone visiting, using or working on the site including other customers and their visitors.

o

Children should be supervised at all times around the site, included in the shower/toilet blocks, so that they are not a nuisance, danger to themselves or other people using the Park.

o

Noise levels/music be kept low from 10.00pm. (Please be respectful of other campers)

o

Ball games should not be played against the building walls/doors/windows so as to ensure no damage occurs.

o

Bikes, Scooters etc must stick to the paths and away from caravans / motorhomes / tents / vehicles / people.

14.

We do allow BBQs/Fire Pits on site; however:

o

They must be off the ground and not direct on the grass.

o

We ask everyone to use common sense and keep a bucket/bottle of water close to hand.

o

Neither should be too close to caravans/awnings/tents.

o

Ashes should be cool before leaving unattended and all ashes should be completely cold and disposed of in a bag/box, before being put in to our bins.

**This decision may change depending on the weather we have i.e. If the site/grass dries out to the point of being a potential fire hazard.

We also do not allow fireworks/Chinese lanterns to be lit on our site.

15.

It is strictly forbidden to feed any of the animals on site.

Once a booking is made you agree to the terms set out above.

Harrow Wood Farm reserves the right to amend these conditions as necessary.
